Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern access to STLStock and the purchase or use of digital model files offered through the marketplace. By creating an account, placing an order or downloading a file, you agree to these terms.

If you do not agree, do not purchase or use a digital product from STLStock.

STLStock provides downloadable digital products such as STL files for cookie cutters, stamps, clay tools, texture rollers and related maker projects. Product pages describe the included formats, model count and applicable license.

You are responsible for providing accurate account information and protecting your sign-in credentials. Purchases are associated with the account and email used during checkout.

• Do not share account credentials or purchased download access.
• Notify support if you believe an account has been accessed without permission.
• We may restrict access used for fraud, redistribution or abuse.

Prices, currency and the final order total are shown before payment. Taxes may be calculated using the billing information supplied at checkout. An order is complete only after the payment provider confirms payment.

Payment details are processed by the provider offered at checkout. STLStock does not receive or store complete card numbers or card security codes.

Completed purchases are made available immediately through the Downloads area and may also be linked from the order confirmation. At checkout, you are asked to expressly consent to immediate digital delivery and acknowledge that your change-of-mind right to withdraw ends once downloading begins.

This does not limit mandatory consumer remedies. If a file is materially different from its product description, unavailable, corrupt or technically defective—or if a payment was duplicated or unauthorized—contact support with the order number so the case can be reviewed.

Where a refund is approved, the associated license and future download access may be revoked. Rules can vary by customer location, and mandatory local consumer rights continue to apply.

A purchase grants a license to use the digital file; it does not transfer ownership of the file or its underlying intellectual property. The license displayed on the product page and the License Terms form part of these Terms.

• Digital files may not be shared, redistributed or resold.
• Personal and commercial permissions are not interchangeable.
• A bundle applies the stated license to every included file.

You may not misuse STLStock, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, scrape protected downloads, bypass purchase controls or use the service to infringe another person’s rights.

We may suspend activity reasonably believed to involve fraud, security threats or unauthorized file distribution.

We may improve, replace or discontinue features and may update product files when corrections or enhancements are available. We do not promise that every feature or file will remain available indefinitely.

Material changes to these Terms will be reflected by an updated effective date and, where appropriate, an additional notice.

3D-printing results vary by printer, material, slicer settings, calibration and intended use. Recommendations are starting points and are not guarantees of a particular result.

You are responsible for reviewing the finished print for defects, material suitability and safe use. STLStock does not provide engineering, food-safety or professional certification unless explicitly stated.

Questions about an order, these Terms or a digital product can be sent through the support form. Include an order number when the question concerns a purchase.

Order-specific seller and payment details are recorded on the receipt available from the customer account.
