The normal route
Three steps to your STL.

Open Downloads
Sign in with the email used for purchase and open the Downloads tab in your account.

Save and extract
Download the ZIP package to a known folder, then extract it before trying to open the contents.
- 03
Open the STL
Import the extracted STL into your preferred slicer and review dimensions before printing.
File troubleshooting
Start with the symptom.
Most issues come from account mismatch, an incomplete browser download or opening the compressed folder directly.
The ZIP will not open
- Delete the incomplete copy.
- Download again on a stable connection.
- Use the built-in Extract or Uncompress action.
The STL looks empty
- Import it into a slicer, not an image viewer.
- Use millimetres when prompted.
- Reset the object to the build plate.
A bundle has several files
- Extract the complete bundle folder.
- Review the included model names.
- Import only the STL you want to print.
Safe file handling
Keep the original package.
Store an untouched copy of the ZIP until you have confirmed every file opens. Renaming extracted STL files is fine; altering the original package can make support diagnosis harder.
