This Privacy Policy explains how STLStock handles information when you browse the storefront, create an account, purchase digital products, download files or contact support.

Depending on the feature used, you may provide a name, email address, billing country, business or tax details, support message and order reference.

Do not include passwords, full payment-card numbers, card security codes or unrelated sensitive information in a support request.

STLStock uses browser storage to remember cart, saved-item and consent choices on the device. Hosting and security services may also process standard technical information such as browser type, device type, IP address, request time, referring page and error logs.

Optional analytics and advertising technologies load only according to the choices available in Cookie Settings. You can change those choices from the site footer.

Information may be used to provide account access, complete orders, unlock downloads, issue receipts, answer support requests, prevent abuse and improve storefront reliability.

• Deliver purchased files and updates.
• Maintain purchase history and license records.
• Investigate failed payments, missing downloads or security events.
• Send marketing only when there is a valid basis and an available opt-out.

Payments are processed by the payment provider offered at checkout, currently Stripe and, when enabled, PayPal. The selected provider processes payment credentials under its own privacy terms.

STLStock receives transaction status, order value, payment reference and limited payment-method details rather than complete card numbers or card security codes.

STLStock uses service providers for identity, hosting, database storage, file delivery, payments, transactional email, security, support and consent-based analytics. Providers receive information only as needed to perform their role.

STLStock does not sell personal information. Information may be disclosed when required by law, to protect users or the service, or as part of a properly managed business transfer.

Account and order records may be kept while an account is active and for the period needed to provide downloads, comply with tax or accounting obligations, resolve disputes and prevent fraud.

Support messages, delivery records and technical logs are retained only as long as reasonably necessary for those purposes. Some purchase, consent and license evidence may remain after an account closes where law, fraud prevention or continuing license verification requires it.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or a portable copy of personal information.

Some order records may need to be retained for legal, tax, fraud-prevention or license-verification reasons. A request can be submitted through the support form.

STLStock uses technical and organizational measures appropriate to the information processed, including encrypted transport, access controls, private file storage and secure payment providers.

No online system can guarantee absolute security. Contact support promptly if you believe an account or order has been accessed without permission.

STLStock is not intended for children who cannot legally consent to online services in their location. We do not knowingly seek personal information from children for independent accounts.

This policy may change as the storefront, providers and legal requirements develop. Material updates will be reflected by a new effective date and an additional notice where appropriate.
