No. STLStock sells digital model files only. No physical cutter, stamp, roller or printed object is shipped.

A bank may decline a payment because of verification, online-purchase restrictions or an address mismatch. No completed payment means no charge is recorded. Return to checkout and try the card again or choose another payment method when available.

Yes. Every completed order has a receipt in Purchase History. Business and tax fields entered during checkout are attached to that order.

Open Account, choose Downloads and select the product. A bundle remains one purchase but exposes every included STL file in its download area.

Yes. Purchased files remain associated with your account so you can return and download them again.

Save the ZIP to your device, extract it and open the included STL files in your slicer. Do not send the ZIP directly to your printer.

First confirm you are signed in with the email used at checkout. If it is still missing, contact support with your order number and model name.

You may download, resize and print the model for your own non-commercial projects or unpaid gifts. You may not sell the physical print or products made using it.

On an eligible single product, it allows one purchasing person or business to sell up to 500 physical prints or physical products made using the printed tool. The product page shows the commercial price before purchase.

No. Personal and Commercial licenses both prohibit selling, sharing, uploading, sublicensing or redistributing the STL, a modified STL or any derivative digital file. Commercial changes physical-sale rights only.

The license belongs to one purchasing person or business. A separate person, client or unrelated business needs its own license unless written permission says otherwise.

STL is widely supported, but printer size, nozzle, material and slicer settings vary. Review the model dimensions and run a small test print when needed.
